CLASS ELEVEN ADMISSION: 2013-2014
(FOR COMMERCE AND HUMANITIES ONLY)
1. Admission form for class 11 (session 2013-2014) will be
issued from the office of the academic coordinators (ground
floor) on 17th and 18th May 2013. The cost per application
form is Rs. 300/-.
Time: between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
2. Application forms should be submitted in the office of
the academic coordinators (ground floor) on 24th and 25th
May, 2013 along with a xerox copy of the board mark sheet.
Time: between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
3. The list of selected candidates for admission will be
displayed at the school gate on Thursday, 30th May 2013 at
10:00 a.m. It will also be available on the school website
www.sxcs.edu.in.
4. The verification of documents and registration of
admission of selected candidates will take place on Monday,
3rd June 2013 from 10:00 a.m. Candidates along with both
parents, who do not come with relevant documents will
forfeit the admission. Other candidates will be given their
place.
5. The number of seats in each stream is very limited. We
regret our inability to admit most of the applicants.
Parents are advised to seek admission for their wards in
other schools.
6. Subjects offered:
Commerce:
English, Accounts, Commerce, Economics /
Computers, Maths,
2nd Language (Hindi / Bengali)
Humanities:
English, Pol. Science / Maths, Economics,
History, Sociology,
2nd Language (Hindi / Bengali)
Documents to be produced by selected candidates at the time
of admission
(3rd June 2013, from 10:00 a.m.):
a) A photocopy of the application form duly filled in.
b) Original Mark Sheet of Board Examination.
c) Original birth certificate issued by a Municipal
Corporation/ panchayat (along with a photocopy).
d) Original Baptism Certificate along with a photocopy (for
Catholics only).
e) Any one of the following original documents (along with a
photocopy) to prove the parents' residential address: 'Adhar'
Card, Electricity Bill, Passport, Ration Card, Telephone
Bill, Voter Identity Card).
Note:
THE CANDIDATE AND HIS PARENTS ONLY SHOULD BE PRESENT AT THE
TIME OF ADMISSION.
ALL THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS WILL BE RETURNED AFTER
VERIFICATION.
